Very disappointing and unpleasant order. It will be my first order and last order from this hamper shop. Arranged an opening flower stand from them which delivered on Monday and 2 days later on Wednesday the shop owner send photos to me showing the whole branch of flowers bouquet fell out from the stand laying on the floor. Obviously, the flower is not properly secured and attached to the stand during their processing of making. They resolved the issue by giving a compensation of 5% discount for my next order. Replying there is little that they can do to make any changes or adjustment once delivery is completed after 3 days. My goodness is not even consider 3 days. Save the 5% , never ever going to place order from them. I ended up spending over 100bucks for a flower stand that last 2 days displaying outside a newly opened cafe. Is an opening hamper for congratulations but ended up giving the owner such an unpleasant sight outside their shop and they have to clear the mess on their own. Such an embarrassing experience.
Messed up my delivery of a congratulatory floral for an important 50th Anniversary event. Informed at 2pm for bad weather but my time slot is 2-6pm and event started at 6pm. Looked so bad on my management team who attended the event. its 6.40pm now and I wonder if it would even be delivered before the event ends! Could not reach anyone after 6pm, meaning no customer support once off office hour.
The newborn gift with the balloon was truly beautiful. The recipients loved it. I've ordered another bouquet again. Customer Service is great too, helped me to amend my message promptly.

I wanted to order a gift for a friend of mine in Singapore (I’m in Australia) to celebrate his birthday and house warming. Simply Hamper was on to it. Delivered at 9:40pm. It was a great alternative to the normal flowers and much more appropriate for him. The gift turned up looking as good as it did on their website.

Great experience from the team behind Simply Hamper! The type of hamper I wanted was out of stock and they managed to do swapping for me and process my order manually. They kept me informed of what item will be replaced by what item. Ordered on a Friday and delivery was on a Monday. Well-packaged and looks really presentable! Highly recommended and will order from them again.
